Forged Steel ANSI 300 Gate Valve Description
Pressure level: Meets ANSI 300 standard (corresponding to nominal pressure of about 5.0 MPa), test pressure can reach 7.6 MPa, suitable for high temperature and high pressure conditions.
Valve body material: Made of forged steel (A105, WCB) or stainless steel (CF8/CF8M), applicable temperature range -29 degree ~425 degree (carbon steel) or -29 degree ~500 degree (stainless steel).
Diameter covers DN15~DN50 (NPS ½"~2"), supports flange connection (ANSI B16.5) and socket welding/threaded connection.
Bonnet type: Bolted bonnet (convex and concave seal), welded bonnet (thread + welding) and self-sealing bonnet (preferred for high-pressure conditions).
Hard seal: Stellite alloy cladding, resistant to particle-containing media (such as slurry, steam).
Low flow resistance: Full-diameter straight-through flow channel, pressure loss is only 1/3 of the same-caliber stop valve, suitable for large flow scenarios.
Long life: The valve stem is surface hardened/chrome-plated, and the wear resistance and corrosion resistance are significantly improved.
Easy to operate: The rising stem structure is matched with the trapezoidal threaded valve stem, the opening and closing torque is reduced by 30%, and it supports manual/electric drive.
